Carboniste reimagines modern Californian sparkling wines at their Sonoma winery, and founder Dan Parson will be on hand to share the story behind each pour and pairing. Enjoy a selection of their wines thoughtfully paired with seasonal dishes crafted by the Peck & Plume culinary team. Guests will enjoy a shared-table experience where everyone dines together. Tickets are $125 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
